BETTR LEAD (d/b/a “BettrDeal”), a Wyoming corporation (“BettrDeal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates and maintains this website (the “Website”). These Website Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”) are a legal agreement between you and BettrDeal and govern your access to and use of the Website.

The Website allows users to access BettrDeal’s platform, view services, and purchase leads (appointments, warm transfers, callbacks, or shared leads). All use of the Website is governed by these Terms.

BettrDeal may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.

4. Access and Security

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of receiving promotional WhatsApp messages by replying “STOP” within WhatsApp or by contacting us at legal@bettrdeal.com.

8.4 Social Media Communications
By interacting with BettrDeal on social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or others), you consent to receive direct messages and promotional communications from BettrDeal via these platforms, including offers, updates, and marketing communications. THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BETTRDEAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU USE THE WEBSITE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BETTRDEAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED $1,000.

17. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless otherwise agreed.

YOU AGREE TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. You may only bring claims on an individual basis.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including export control laws and sanctions regulations.

21. General Provisions

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and BettrDeal.

21.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflicts of law.

21.3 Severability
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, it will be replaced with one that reflects the intent of the original, and the remainder will remain in force.

21.4 No Agency
These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, or employment relationship.

21.5 Remedies
You agree that any violation of these Terms may cause irreparable harm to BettrDeal, and we may seek injunctive or equitable relief in addition to legal remedies.
